Re-Design Ink Delivery System of Tempo-Q, FB6100 project

During printing in Fast Print modes on FB6100 the print heads tend to dripp on printing area.
Me with my collegous found the root cause for that phenomena and redesign the IDS.

Due to movements of chain cable (IGUS) was created over pressure and as a result constant ink flow to print heads. After certain time of print those print heads start to dripp.

Solution of this constant ink flow was done by relief the over pressure by hydraulical by-pass straight after the pump

Update Design of Ink delivery System for TJ8300/TJ8500

In few last months appear phenomena of failing PH’s E1in TJ’s platform

during the high frequency jets out – 18.5 kHz (mode 480).

1.2. That failure is not acceptable for customers – need to be evaluated the RC for

HFJ failure.

1.3. Was found configuration of IDS that allow to TJ’s machines print in highest

mode at 18.5 kHz. The conceptual design was checked for all colors on one

machine and founded as work well

White ink kit implentation on FB7600 (Tamar)

White inkjet inks are known. One of the problems associated with such inks is that the pigment, typically TiO2 is three to four times heavier than other color pigments. Even in a continuous use the white pigment precipitates, clogs ink system tubing, and print heads, and makes them not usable in further printing.(see Fig.1).

Printing on non-white and transparent surfaces is a certain percentage of printing work and in order to reduce the pigment precipitation problem white ink is constantly circulated in the ink system. This however, does not solve the problem, since after long duration of ink in the system even with circulation mode; the white ink must be removed from the system and flashed.(see Fig.2)
